Liaise between contracts and corporate executive entities to ensure adherence with standardized processing.

Consult and assist in document production and governance phases to ensure compliance.

Coordinate and control hard copies, soft copies and maintain integrity of Digital Records in a legible format which supports OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and PDF.

Assist in development and knowledge transfer of project plans, business continuity strategies, project charters, working documents, policies and procedures ranging from clinical, legal, strategy, procurement, facilities, distribution to engineering and transportation sectors.

Create and roll out communication related to best practices on Information Management standards based on Federal legislation to multi-sector organizations.

Develop incoming and out-going controls to initiate a hassle-free workflow compatible with ISO 15489 standards.

Design data access permission restrictions between Client and stakeholders to meet and exceed time restraints.
