Following the recent outbreak of Coronavirus, InvoDox is aware that you continue to hear and see news reports regarding some of its effects around the world. As InvoDox team continues to serve its clients across Canada, rest assured, we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
At InvoDox we are passionate about the work that we do. We devote incredible amounts of time to ensure that we are following best practices and maintaining status quo that is the best of the best. Weighing the options, assessing the risks, and making decisions to remain open or closed during this unprecedented situation does not come easily. It's important for us to let you know that we are heavily monitoring all international, national and local authorities on best practices in this situation.
These are troubling times. We will continue to do our best to be a reliable foundation. Quite simply, our plan is to keep our services available and offered as planned, as long as it is safe, as we continue to implement preventive measures as recommended by the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) as well as our own health and hygiene protocols.
As things are changing rapidly, InvoDox understands that it is a critical moment for epidemic prevention and control and fighting the epidemic requires undivided attention, we hope that your friends and family will remain vigilant against pandemic resurgence!
The safety of our clients, customers and communities remains our top priority. InvoDox encourages its clients and partners to diligently follow the prevention recommendations from health authorities, such as proper hand washing. We have also prioritized the distribution of hand sanitizer and provided proper safety equipment, such as nitrile gloves, where appropriate. We are communicating regularly to ensure that the necessary facts and tools are readily available to deal with this ongoing situation.
As circumstances evolve, please know that all of us at InvoDox are doing everything we can to manage and respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the safety of our communities in mind.
Our Initiative!
InvoDox is taking various steps to manage and respond to the evolving circumstances around this pandemic, while following the guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), which is Government of Canada’s lead for COVID-19.
As always, we maintain close relationships with local, state, national and international public health authorities. We take their guidance when additional preventive measures are deemed necessary to reduce exposure and transmission of a range of illnesses.
Our leadership team is communicating with our audience about illness prevention; this includes guidance issued by the PHAC. The PHAC recommends everyday preventive actions to help stop the spread of germs.

Innovation Starts with Prevention!
At this point, there is no vaccine to protect against COVID-19. The most effective way to protect your health is to practice preventative measures to avoid exposure. InvoDox promotes Public Health’s preventative measures which include:
- Washing your hands often with soap and water or alcohol-based hand sanitizer,
- Following appropriate hygiene practices when coughing or sneezing,
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth and any contact with individuals who may be ill,
- Most importantly, stay at home if you are sick!
What should you do when feeling un-well?
- If you feel unwell, it is expected that you stay at home (or refrain from going to work), and if required, seek medical attention.
- If you start feeling symptoms of COVID-19, isolate yourself from others as quickly as possible and immediately contact a health care provider or the public health authority at 1-833-784-4397 or by email at phac.info.aspc@canada.ca. They will provide advice on next steps.
